Error 1919

I am trying to install Office Professional 2003 upgrade
and get Error 1919 which states: Congifuging ODBC date
source. MS Access date base, ODBC Error 6 Comp9nent not
found in registry. Verify that the file MS Access data
base exists and that you can access it.
Just what does all that mean?
