Error 193

I get the following error when opening Outlook.
'Mission Control Software Update Wizard: Product ID 0
Error 193 <EVENT EVENT="Error"><ERROR ERROR_CODE="403"
ID="0"/></EVENT>'

Don't know if this error is generated by Outlook or an
add-in like MapPoint, McAfee, or ActiveSync
