Error 2203

I'm encountering this error message while installing Office 2003 Pro with
the "/a" option. That is I need a administrative install on the network.
The error message reads:
Error 2203; An internal error has occurred, D:\swdist\office
2003\PRO11.MSI -2147287035.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. - RT
