Since a few days one of my multiple identities in Entourage is acting
funny.
It started in the deleted items folder, where only some of the
contained items were visible, the rest covered behind a gray-striped
pattern. When trying to empty the folder, I receive an Error # 4362
message and the folder does not empty. The phenomenon has spread to
the Inbox, where the same gray pattern is covering read and unread
messages and when clicking the gray spots I receive the same Error #
4362. Can anybody advise what - if anything - I can do to resolve the
problem?
