error and ejection

During general use Outlook creates a message along the
lines of "Outlook is creating an error report and needs to
close down". Once I have been ejected it takes 10-15
minutes for the programme to re-start. Any ideas anyone?

It's probably uploading the error report then. Outlook will not restart
before that is completed. If this is true then you must see a progress bar
in the Error Report window.
