error at startup

I am getting an error at startup that says "The
instruction 0x0012e7b0 referenced memory at 0x00000000
the memory could not be written" Has anyone a suggestion
on how to get rid of this. I don't use outlook, I use
Internet Explorer. Thanks

I also have had this problem my only idea is to reinstall evreything and
start over but thats me soo if any one else has any i deal let me know
please
