Hi Everybody!

First i will give some info about my laptop:
ACER ASPIRE 5670WLMi
GENUINE INTEL CPU T2400 1.83GHZ, 2GBRAM DDR2 support dual channel

MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION VERSION2002 SERVICE PACK2
WINDOWS OFFICE 2007
NOD32ANTIVIRUS SYSTEM
-----------------------------------------------------------------

i am in a real chaos trying to figure out what is happening?I was
working in a page loading pictures that actually are very heavy (1,4Mb)
and i was also having notes by typing or with pen (wacom).
suddenly an error message come out saying:

Critical error:OneNote was unable to save to the notebook cache

file because the disk is full. OneNote will now exit. You will
need to
free up space on the disk before running OneNote again.
Errorcode:0x70

from that moment it IS IMPOSSIBLE to open again OneNote.
-----i free up space but there was still plenty, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM
WITH SPACE!
-----it seems that OneNote uses a lot of memory
-----i had remove the section that was so heavy (593MB)
and copied in an external harddrive but still the problem continued
-----i uninstall and reinstall OneNote but again the some message was
coming and forced me to close the program

Please I need your kind advice on this issue!i will be more than
gratefull

With Respect
Anastasy

What error message do you get when you try to launch OneNote now? Is it
still the same disk full message?
You can also try deleting the cache. It is located at c:\documents and
settings\username\local settings\application
data\microsoft\onenote\12.0\onenoteofflinecache.onecache. Note that if
you delete it you will lose any unsynced changes.

hi Ilya,
THANKS 4 Helping me out !you and a kind person in an other forum helpe
me a LOT!YOU ARE GREAT and thanks to you i finished in time an importan
deadline for my work!!

When i deleted the onenoteofflinecache.on ecache things returned t
normal but first i had copy my O N notebooks to an external harddrive
i also increased the cache of my computer !!!THIS WAS ALSO IMPORTANT
then i could open O N
so immediately i changed where the backupfiles were going and i create
a folder in an external harddrive ( On the Tools menu, click Options. I
the Options dialog box, in the Category list, click Save.
Under Save, in the Paths list, click Backup Folder, and then clic
Modify. In the Select Folder dialog box, navigate to the location o
the folder where you want OneNote to store backup files, and then clic
Select. ).

Also i started using separate sections and pages to distribute the inf
a little better

what i have done wrong is that i entered many high definition picture
(1, 7 MB each!!)in one section and the onenoteofflinecache.on kee
showing 4.758.000MB even when i had removed and cleaned the basi
OneNote folder SO WHEN I DELETED IT THE SUN COME OUT !:)

again a big THANKSSS FROM GREECE!!!!!!!!!!!!
