Error code 0x80040155 Interface Not Registered"

At one time, inserting clip art worked fine. Now, get
"Interface not registered; Error Code 0x80040155" every
time try to load clip art.

Have uninstalled & reinstalled Office. Have used "Detect
and Repair" from Help Pull-Down Menu.

Help! Please.
