Error Code 2177

I have had Office 2000 Professional for years, now when I try to access it I
am receiving a " error code 2177" contact product support. When I try to find
my product code as requested Support cant find Product ID. I cant un install
the program , systems gives me a registry error 2177... Help Please thanks
