Error Code 22001

Archived WORD documents are listed when I go 'File' and 'Open' but when I
attempt to recall them I get the cryptic message 'FileError_22001'. If I
generate a new/real-time document on the other hand, it will appear when I
call for it. Similarly, archive pictures in 'My Pictures' have the titles
only on some; on others the picture is present on file but IN NEITHER CASE
can I recall any of them. I get the above error code. When attempting to
downlaod new/real-time photos from my camera I find they are stored on file
with the above error code, and are non retrievable. I have OFFICE 2003.

Has anyone got to the bottom of this yet? MS seem totally disinterested
as usual. I have had AVG8 tech support working on it but they've come u
with nothing (except to tell me my PC is 'clean'). SPYDOCTOR has als
failed to find anything. Anyone know how I can recover all the WORD doc
(and images) that appear to have been over-written wit
'FileError_22001', and ALL on the same date i.e. 30NOV2008. Unlike WOR
docs, where I _can_ generate new docs which ARE retievable, if I attemp
to download new images from my camera they 'appear' in My Pictures as a
empty frame with 'FileError_22001' in the top LH corner. Does anyon
have any info on this??
