Error Code 9100 - After saving and closing a Project

I just applied a Microsft HotFix after which I ran the
websps.sql script on the SQL Server. Since performing
these task I get the following error whenever I save a
Project and close a Project:

An Exception occurred in the Microsoft Project Server.
Microsoft Project server encountered a problem with this
error code: 9100. Please contact your server administrator.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or knows what the
cause or solution is?

Hi Jeff,

What was the hotfix you installed? It should have a KB article associated
with it.

Anyway, these 910x errors usually occur when you are attempting to save to
the Project Server and any one of the following are not true:

1) Your computer is not connected to the Windows Domain.
2) The ViewDrop folder on the Project Server does not have sufficient rights
for you to write to write to the folder.

Changing the viewing rights on the ViewDrop folder solved
this isse.
