Error in Remote Desktop

We installed Project Server onto a new environement and
everything seems to be working fine except when remote
users log in to remote desktop and launch project
attempting to connect to the server.
The error when attempting to connect to the server with
Project Professional 2003 is: Project was unable to
establish a connection with the project server. This could
be caused by loss of network connectivity or problems with
the project server or database.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Is remote desktop in same domain as project server? or are you using a
firewall or switch from remote desktop to project server.

We are on the same domain.

Are you able to use PWA from remote desktop.

Yes, that hasn't been a problem. It only occurs when I
try to connect to the server in Project Professional
2003.

How did you install Project? Did you follow the special procedure for
installing applications in the Terminal Services environment?

The error resolved itself after reinstalling SP1.
