Error: Information Store could not be opened

Without a connection, and selecting "work offline", I get
this message. "Cannot start MS Outlook the information
store could not be opened."

Any Ideas?
I am runing Outlook 2002.

Was the account profile setup with offline storage to your Exchange mailbox?

....in addition to Neo's reply - if you were set up with an offline folder,
did you sync it to your mailbox before disconnecting?
