Error Message 0x800CCC78

Whenever I try to send emails from Outlook Express 2002,
I receive the error message 0x800CCC78 - Unable to send
the message. Please verify the email address in your
account properties.

I have actually changes email addresses> I have called my
ISP. The y say since I am able to send emails through the
web, it is not their problem. I have also tried to switch
over to MS Outlook Express - same error message appears
when send ing emails. Please let me know how to resolve
this problem.

Are you using Outlook 2002 or Outlook Express? There is no such beast as
Outlook Express 2002. If you are using OE, then try posting to a group for
OE. This one is for Outlook from MIcrosoft Office suite of business
productivity programs.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
