Error message: can't leave messages on server

I am receiving this error message when I try to grab my
email from my server: "Your email server does not have
the features required to allowYour email server does not
have the features required to allow". I *am* trying to
leave the messages on the server. The server is hosted by
my remote, 3rd party web hosting service. I have 3
different domain names with them and only 1 of the 3 mail
accounts generates the problem, and only when I check
messages from my office machine. Checking from my home
works OK. I'm using Outlook 2002 with all SPs installed.
Usually restarting Outlook fixes the problem, but it will
reappear shortly. Rebooting helps, but then it reappears
as well. Can anyone help? Please reply to
