Error message in outlook etc

Despite having reinstalled Office Professional 2003 three times when i go to
reply in outlook i get an error message Microsoft Visual Basic ..compilation
error Auto.exec
i click ok and can reply to emails how do i fix the error?
Do i have to totally uninstall and reinstall Office Professional etc as the
fix errors program doesnt work?
