error message in outlook

I get the following message towards the end of loading
outlook (2000) (using windows me)
"outlook has caused an error in OFSOUTLOOKPLUGIN.DLL"
the message suggests to restart which I have done many
times. I have also reloaded the whole of MS Office 2000.
I am now stuffed and would appreciate anuy help from
someone with experience.

Have you gone into the Advanced tab under tools->options and unchecked your
plugins in COM addins and Add in Manager?
