Hi,
since 2 weeks i get a error message (in german, translation maybe not correct) <iSync can not connect to Exchange>. This windows with a icon (blue book with a window) pops up 30-50 times a day. I am not shure where this error message comes from. The same configuration on a 2nd computer works well. There are no problems syncing entourage with iCal and Adressbook.

Any ideas? Best regards, Christoph Erven

You probably tried to add your Exchange server to iCal or Mail at some
point and now the authentication is failing.

That's hardly and Entourage message though.....

Hi Corentin,
thanks for your answer!

You are right. I tried to connect to a Exchange-Account via mail. But i think the error-message comes from entourage. Can you verify this? I have no idea how to get rid of this pop-up error-message

Entourage never uses the iSync applcation. I really don;t see how it
could come from Entourage.
I would really go to Mail and remove from the preferences any link to
the Exchange server.

It might also be coming from the Address Book application.
In the preferences there, in the General pane, uncheck "Sync to
Exchange",

Hi Corentin,

just found out that on one of my computers the checkbox of Adress Book "Sync to Exchange" was marked. I unchecked this option and now everything works fine.

Thanks for your help!
