Error message on closing Outlook

I receive the following error message when I close Outlook:

OUTLOOK executed an invalid instruction in
module <unknown> at 0000:017616fa.

I tried renaming the outcmd.dat file as the knowledge base
article (S241390)uggested, but it didn't fix the problem.
I tried again but now the system won't let me re-name the
file anymore. I get the error message every time I close
Outlook. Any suggestions?

Nevermind. You have to close Outlook BEFORE you rename the
file. Then it works. Duh!
