Sometimes when I try to download either Word or Excel templates off the MS
Office pages, I get the following error message:
"You cannot automatically download this template because you do not have
Microsoft Excel 2007 installed on your computer."
This is not correct, as I DO have Office 2007 Home and Student installed,
and also Office 2003.
I've discovered a work around by opening the app, and then using "new" and
searching for a template-can then usually locate and download ok-but that's
time consuming and I shouldn't have to do it that way. Any idea's?
