When trying to open a custom form in Outlook 2003 we get the following error
message "The form you selected could not be displayed. Failure to start the
Expression Serivce. The Expression Service might not be installed. This
problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu or by
re-running Office 2003 setup". We have done both as well as uninstalled
Office and reinstalled and we still get the message. Anyone have any
suggestions.
