Error Message - "Operation failed - an object could not be found"

I am trying to set up Outlook 2003. I am currently using outlook express for
my e-mail. I have my POP and SMTP settings properly configured, but when I
hit send or receive, I get the error message "Operation failed - an object
could not be found". Does anyone know how to fix this?
