error message outlook offline?? wtf? how to fix?

i CAN NOT UNCHECK ANYTHING AS THE APPLICATION WONT OPEN. I HAVE OUTLOOK 2007
I HAVE DOWNLOADED A 90 DY TRIAL AND I AM ON DAY 5. I NEED A WAY TO GET THE
APPLICATION TO GO ONLINE SO I CAN MAKE CHANGES TO IT.

What error message do you get? How do you know its offline if it won't open?
