Try removing and re-adding the personal folder in your Outlook under Tools -
Services - Personal Folders. If that does not work or gives errors then
there may be a corruption problem with your personal folder. Run the inbox
(scanpst.exe) to check for error on the folder itself.
I don't have a services-personal folders tab under tools and i did a search
for the scanpst under the 1033 id but there is only a mapisvc.inf file and
and msmapi32.dll but no scanpst.exe feature ive been playing with outlook on
the personal folders but still cannot delete e-mails sincee the same error
message appears...
'Tools|Services' only applies to Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode.
For Outlook 2007 its 'Tools|Account Settings|Data Files'. On my machine,
Scanpst.exe is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12.
