Hi Stephen,
In doing some research, I found some things that could be causing this. One
of which is Blackberry PDA software, but that is not likely. Start Outlook
in Safe Mode (Start > Run> Outlook /safe). If this works, see if you can
spot something in your add ins (Tools, Options, Other Tab, Advanced Options,
Add In Manager) named similar to this. If so uncheck it and see what
happens.
Also look at 235009.KB.EN-US OL2002: Error Message: <Path> is Not a Valid
Office Add-in

with the Small Business Customer Manager. I had this on my home box, and
deleted the registry key for it listed under the 'Small Business Customer
Manager Not Installed' and this fixed it up. Please use all due caution
when editing the registry. If you do not feel confident in doing this
please contact the Outlook support group.
