Error Message when closing Outlook

Hello,

Everytime I close Outlook 2003, I receive the following
error:
(At the top of the dialogue box) Microsoft Visual Basic
(Inside the box) Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec

Any idea why I keep getting this error message? And/or
how can I fix this?
