Error message which I cannot get rid of

Hi All
I have an annoying error message which appears to be related to a COM addin
for Outlook 2000. The message tells me that the add-in is not valid and
comes up every time I start Outlook. When I go to the folder it is supposed
to be in it is not there. If I try to remove it via the COM addin dialog I
again get the error message but no addin is listed. Obviously Outlook has
the data stored somewhere - any help on how to break this circle would be
much appreciated
