Error Message

TL Norman

First, I apologize for my stupidity and ignorance.

This entire environment is on an Intranet with upwards of
twenty servers and 3500 hundred Windows desktops.
Although I own this sever, I am not in total control as
there are two other organizations (Server Team and
Networking Team) that can do thing to the server although
typically I am notified when this occurs. The specific
environment (hardware/software) for this problem is
Server: Windows 2000 SP3 running IIS, .Net Framework,
Server Extensions (for FP2000), Server Extensions 2002;
Desktop: Windows 2000 SP3 running FrontPage 2000.

My Problem is that I have a FP2000 user accessing a hosted
web site on my server and has all of a sudden started
receiving the error: An error occurred accessing your
FrontPage web files. Authors - . . . WebMasters - . . .
I have looked in the System, Application, and Security
Logs as instructed in the few related articles found. I
have tested the access via several other users and they
are fine. I have verified that the user has entered the
correct unc for access. I have verified that the user
still has permissions to the directory under question.

Does any body have any suggestions as to what may be
causing the problem and, more importantly, any suggestions
to fix it.
