Can anyone tell me how to fix a problem I am having with
my computer. Every time I start it up I get an error
message that says "backWeb - 7288971.exe has encountered
a problem and needs to close" How do I fix this problem
so I don't keep getting this message. It says to report
it, which I do and then once that error report finishes I
get another error message telling me "explorer
experienced a problem and needs to close down" - PLEASE
HELP - any help would be greatly appreciated. Genuine
