Means you are violating your e-mail provider's anti-abuse quotas,
especially for a personal-use account which does not support spamming or
bulk mailing. Apparently they limit the maximum number of connections
per minute. You'll have to discuss the problem with your e-mail
provider.
What happens if you wait 2 minutes and then send just *one* e-mail?
I re-booted my computer and the emails are getting sent. I don't understand
why it just happened today when I haven't done anything different than I have
in the past.
