Error Message

I have been running OfficeXP for several months now. Last
night an error message appeared as I was trying to open
Outlook and Word the reads "Microsoft Outlook has not been
installed for current user. Please run setup to install
the application". I have uninstalled and reinstalled as
was suggested by customer service. Technical people do not
know of the error. Can somebody please help me? I am
unable to use my programs. The same message appears on all
Office applications.
