Hello all, we have an exchange 2000/active directory
setup. we have beta tested the office 2003 product & have
loaded a lincensed version on multiple cpu's in our
organization. I have had one user with a problem in
outlook 2003 & i cannot seem to figure it out. any help
would be great! the user is using "cached exchange" mode
& all of the mailbox info is syncronized. the user then
tried to get to their deleted mail folder & received an
error message..."unable to display the folder. the file
c:\documents....\.....\....\....\...\outlook.ost could
not be accessed. The handle is invalid." We have run the
pst repair wizard & have even deleted the ost file &
settings for cached mode & re-applied the settings & it
seemed to work ok friday. then this morning, we are
getting the same message. the real crazy thing is that is
the only folder that is unreadable in the whole .ost
file. has anyone come accross this before & found a fix?
any help would be greatly appreciated...please email or
reply to this thread if you have any further questions.
thanks for your assistance.
