Error Msg Cannot Open file of another version of Publisher

Before my computer crashed I saved 2 important publisher
files on disk. After reformating I reinstalled Publisher
with the same set of CD's. Now I get this error msg. I
have read msg threads and turned off Nortons but still no
luck. I am not sure what my other version of publisher was
but what I reinstalled was 2000. Thanks
