Error Occured While Checking Spelling

System: Windows XP Pro with Office 2003 and Proofing
Tools 2002

Software with Problem: Outlook 2003

Problem: When run spelling checker (Portuguese [Brazil])
the following message appears "Error occured while
checking spelling".

Note: The problem does NOT occur with English nor
Portuguese [Portugal] spell checking. Nor does it occur
in other Office products.

Please advise solution.
