Recently bought a new laptop (P4 Toshiba Satellite)and
transferred my MS Office XP pro from my older (also
Toshiba) laptop using PC Link.
All programs working perfect except outlook. I have
contact my high-speed carrier (Shaw Cable)who verified my
adjusted send/receive parameters were correct, but I
still intermittently get the following error message:
Task 'fielding178 - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x80042108):'Outlook is unable to connect to your
incoming (POP3)e-mail server. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider.
Is this an issue someone can help me with, or should I go
back to Shaw Cable?
