Error opening outlook

I am getting an error when I open outlook for the first
time after booting/rebooting my pc.
Outlook caused a general protection fault in module
DIBENG.DLL at 0003:00000fa9.
If I click close then reopen outlook and answer no to safe
mode it works fine.
If anyone has any ideas on fixing my problem please let me
know. Thanks
