Error opening projects on project server Urgent!

We are receiving on all workstation for all projects on
our project server, in Project Professional 2002: An
exception occurred in the Microsoft Project Server.
Microsoft Project Server encountered a problem with this
error code: 9307. Please contact your server
administrator.

Any one news how to solve it?
What does this means?
Why did this occurred?

Thanks for the responses.
After a reboot the system was working again.
And I've a suspicion that a lack of disc space causes
this problem. We detected that the SQL transaction log
was 32GB big, and the disc is nearly running out of disc
space. Shrinking the file & including the SQL transaction
log in the backup schedule should forcome future problems
like this.

Typically you see 1700 errors when this happens. The SQL Transaction Logs
certainly grow quickly with this application. Thanks for letting us know
that this can manifest in a 9307 error as well.
