Error opening Word Document

I have a user that when she tries to open a Shared Word
Document the gets the following error...

"The document 'doc name' cuased a serious error the last
time it was opened. You may continue openint it or
performing data recovery clickink 'Recover Data'.
Clicking 'Recover Data' will extrat text out of your
document but all formatting will be lost."

If I try to open the document from another user's
computer it opens fine.

How can I resolve this so she doesn't get this error
message?
