Error Saving Project: "[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Communication link failure"

Anthropocentric

- I open up Project Professional 2003. I clearly see that it
automatically logs me into Project Server 2003.

- I press the "save" toolbar button

- I give the project a name and press "save". No problem.

- I add tasks, named "1" "2" "3" "4" "5" (I do not type in any of the
other columns)

- I press the "save" toolbar button. No problem.

- I continue adding tasks, named "6" "7" "8" "9" "10". I press the
"save" toolbar button. No problem.

- I continue adding tasks, named "11" thru "21". I press the "save"
toolbar button. No problem.

- I add a task named "22." I press the "save" toolbar button. ERROR:

"[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Communication link failure"

- I press "save" again. ERROR:

" [Microsoft][ODBC SWL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert
duplicate key row into object 'MSP_TASKS' with unique index
'I_MSP_TASKS'. "

This happens CONSISTENTLY. I can reproduce this over and over again.

Please help! This is stopping me from deploying and using Project
Server companywide.

Thanks,
Mike
