Error sending email containing "autotext"

Any time an email is sent where the body of the email
contains "autotext", Outlook 2002 crashes. All other
emails go through fine. The error actually appears to be
more or less related to Word, as Word is currently set as
the default editor for emails and the error in Outlook
actually states, "Word has encounter problems..."

Has anyone else had this problem or know of a fix?
