error sending email

Hi there,

I am currently having an issue when sending a single email to a
recipient. The recipeint has came back to me and told me that they
received 4 emails and 3 of those were blank.

This is happening to two other people within my organisation.

We are running exchange server 2003 and outlook 2003.

Can anyone help me?
