error starting office 2003

I've had it! for such an expensive piece of software!
Wheres the sanity!!!
anyways, I repaired damaged pst files but outlook '03
still won't open does the same thing, hangs then gives
same error message and box to send report to Microsoft.
Tried repairing prompt and also starting in safe mode...it
does neither. I think the outlook express some of the same
files cuz it migrated the settings from outlook express
mail the 1st time today and then gave error. But I cannot
figure out how to get the box to come up on migrating from
previous office installs or outlook express. I'm about out
of options! Gonna write microsoft about this one!
