Error using visio WBS add-in

When I go through the process in MS Project 2003 Pro, after going through the
Visio WBS Chart Wizard, I get the following error message:

"Abnormal program termination. Write WBSChartTxtErr: ActiveX component can't
create object"

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both visio 2003 and project 2003.

Any suggestions?
