Visio WBS chart wizard fails to activate

I have tried using the Visio WBS chart wizard, but it fails to activate. The
wizard comes up and asks the inclusion questions, Visio is started, but the
diagram never appears. When I finally close out Visio, I get the error
message:

Abnormal program termination. FormatWBSChartErr: Automation error. The
interface is unknown.

I am using MS Project Professional 2003 and Visio 2000. Am I missing
something in the setup of one of these products? TIA for any help you can
provide!
