Error when attaching files in Outlook XP

I have Outlook 2002 and when I try to attach a file in a mail, I´m receiving an error which says "Memory or System Resources not enough. Please close some windows o applications and try it again" (sorry if it not the exact translation, I´m a spanish speaker :)

It is very strange error, because I did not install anything and this error "appears" today

Anyone could help me?
