I have 2 e-mail accounts, the new one recently set up is not communicating
with the server and displays an error message.
Communication with the mail server was not completed, check user name
password etc.
All pop3, smtp, UN/psswrd details are correct.
Is there something I am missing?
Also,
When I close outlook at the last minute it sometimes downloads the e-mail
