Error when trying to use Manage Deliverables

When I have an enterprise project open and I go to Collaborate-> Manage
Deliverables I get a runtime error "Could not complete the operation due to
error 800049c4a". When I say no I don't want to debug I get another error
"m_deliverableDocument is null or not an object" If I go to the Project Web
Access I can get to the sharepoint site associated with the project
deliverables and I can create new deliverables if I want. So I know the site
exists, I'm not sure why its getting a null object error. This is for any
workstation on our LAN and not just my machine so it isn't specific to my
project install. System info: We have Project 2007 on the clients and its
talking to Project Server 2007 all on a 2003 AD domain. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks!

I finally fixed this after a call to Microsoft (thanks Mark). Here is the
solution in case anyone else runs into this:

The problem was that under PWA-> Site Settings-> Project Web Access
Permissions under the Project section View Project Workspaces was unchecked.
This was causing the Project client to be unable to see the workspace so it
thought it didn't exist and returned a null object reference. I enabled it
and all is well.
