Office XP, Outlook 2002 SP3

When Outlook is first opened it come up with a message box saying that
outlook.exe has erred. The offending component appears to be:
skchui.dll No details on what the issue is are given.

If the error is ignored or you "debug", the error window is closed and
you can carry on working. Subsequent opens of Outlook are fine until
after you logout/login or switch user.

Anyone got any ideas?

Check under the Add-in Manager or COM Add-ins for a program that uninstalled
but left behind detritus. Tools->Options->Other->Advanced. Both options
are at the bottom of the window.
