error with product key installation

I have installed a 60 day trial of office 2003.I'm trying to get an
attachment on my e-mail that's very important.Awindow keeps coming up for me
to type in my 25 digit product key.I do that and it says that it's
wrong.What can I do to access my attachment and/or bypass this problem?
Iwould love more understanding concerning this problem. Thank you.
