Hi Guys;

I don't know if this is something you can address or not...

Diane & I - both Comcast subscribers - have had problems all week receiving
from this one newsgroup.

Between ~9:00 PM Sunday & ~10:00 AM Wednesday I received one message.
Perhaps 4 posts (total) came through Tue, Wed & Thu, then nothing until 2
posts (in the same thread) today (Sat) between 11 AM & 1:30 PM.

Other MVPs - not using Comcast - have indicated that there has definitely
been a rather steady volume of traffic in the group. I also looked at the
group via Mactopia & confirmed that there have indeed been quite a few
postings. Virtually none of them are showing up via Entourage, although Word
Excel, PPt, Entourage, General, Other Products, etc. are working fine. I've
also had no problem with the WinWord groups I pop in on.

Additionally, I sent a reply via Entourage which *has* appeared in the
Mactopia forum as usual - not even a time delay. Apparently it's a one-way
communications issue, which is all the more perplexing.

Thanks for anything you can do,

And, what may be even more confusing (or helpful) is that I also use comcast
as my ISP, and have been having no problems that I know of. Although comcast
is the ISP, I do not use a comcast email address.

Now I'm seeing what Diane and Bob are referring to.

I see absolutely no officeformac.com messages in
microsoft.public.mac.office since 9/24/08 2:17 p.m. I don't think
Comcast has anything to do with this because I connect directly to
msnews.microsoft.com.
